I’ve had Josh and his crew do a couple heavy remodels for me so far that involved fully gutting and rebuilding the entire house. The pricing is very fair and the quotes are always very accurate from the beginning to what’s owed at completion. They’ll do whatever you want, but I’d advise to strongly consider their input as they’ve encountered about everything in ~25 years of business.
